Skin: king salmon, Japanese orange potato, tapioca flour ( less than 5% for the shape)

Filling: wagyu beef and a "yolk" of carrot 

Purple mooncake

Skin: duck meat, Japanese purple potato, tapioca flour 

Filling: wagyu beef and a "yolk" of carrot 

Green mooncake

Skin: duck meat, Japanese orange potato, home-made freeze-dried spinach powder

Filling: duck meat and a "yolk" of pumpkin 

Yellow mooncake 

Skin: duck meat,  Japanese orange potato, pumpkin

TAKI freeze-dried mooncakes offer the convenience of room temperature storage with a shelf life of 3 months. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend keeping them in the fridge. Once opened, please consume it within 3 days.
